Planning backstage cable routes with black cable hooks
Cable hooks support temporary backstage cable routes. Plan where lines enter, where they need support and where people work. Black models offer a darker appearance for suitable work areas; the support layout and dimensions determine which model to consider.
Map the cable groups
Note which power, signal or control lines need separate support positions in your setup. Record their bundle sizes and the available space. A Double or Triple cable hanger can provide separate lower supports, but the choice must follow the installation requirements. Separate supports do not by themselves establish electrical separation or compliance.
Choose a profile before a quantity
Compare an S-shaped cradle with Single, Double, Triple and Grande layouts. Check the supporting structure against the upper opening, then compare each lower opening with its cable group. Allow room at connectors and bends, and consider access for changing a line during preparation or dismantling.
Check the material requirements
PLYHOOK uses birch plywood. Standard material has no claimed flame-retardant rating, and the published specifications do not state an approved working load. Share the venue requirements, intended load and installation details before confirming the model. A black surface is an appearance choice and does not change these specifications.
Plan boxes around the job
Count the proposed support positions and any reserve quantity you want to discuss. Each model has its own full-box quantity; the enquiry shows the resulting total. Keep a record of which models belong to each route so the next team can understand the selection without relying on the colour alone.
Keep the project details together
Select a black model first, then add the boxes and any company-logo request on its product page. Include the event date and delivery address. Production and transport are confirmed in the quotation, so a requested date needs agreement before it becomes the delivery plan. See the packing and delivery details when preparing your enquiry.
