Custom cable hooks for repeat orders

The first order and its specification

The first ANDRITZ order was for 2,000 hooks. The specification combined a plywood S-profile, blue faces and the company name in white. Shape, finish and marking were therefore part of the same supplied product.

The photographs show the finished products. Their layered edges remain visible, while the colour and lettering give the hooks a clear visual identity.

Company colour and logo

The white ANDRITZ lettering follows the straight part of the hook. The company name stays visible on the product after it has been unpacked. The contrast between white and blue makes the marking easy to see and gives the finished hook a recognisable appearance.

For a custom order, the colour and logo form part of the agreed finish. The product photographs show how these choices were applied to the ANDRITZ hooks.

Choosing the hook for cables and hoses

Cable hooks support cables and hoses along a planned route. Begin with the support the hook will hang from, the cables or hoses it will carry and the space each needs.

The S-shape brings those two sides together: an upper opening for the support and a lower opening for the cable or hose. Matching both openings to the task matters as much as choosing the finish.

Repeat orders using an agreed specification

ANDRITZ placed several repeat orders after the initial purchase. This customer relationship continued beyond the first delivery.

An existing model, finish and company marking give a repeat enquiry a clear reference. Include the earlier order or enquiry reference so the specification can be checked before the next order is confirmed.

Specify your own cable hooks

The same approach is available for a new PLYHOOK project. First select a suitable hook size and check the openings. Then add your colour requirement, company logo and quantity to the enquiry.
