These terms cover PLYHOOK product enquiries and sales. Our quotation process is designed mainly for companies and professional buyers. If you purchase as a private consumer, tell us before ordering so that the offer includes the applicable consumer information. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Enquiries and order confirmation
Select your models, finishes, full-box quantities and any artwork, then provide your contact and delivery details. Sending an enquiry or receiving a quotation does not take payment or place an order. Send your enquiry using “Send my enquiry” on this website or by using the contact details above.
A contract is formed when you and PLYHOOK agree the complete offer and we confirm the order in writing. The confirmation identifies the products, quantity, artwork, price, transport, applicable tax and delivery arrangements. Any specific terms agreed in writing take priority over these general terms.
Prices, discounts and payment
The base price list is in euros. Where a local currency is selected, prices use the dated ECB reference rate shown with the products. Unit prices are rounded in the selected currency before multiplying by the box quantity. The quotation records its currency and rate. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Product prices in a quotation remain valid for 60 days unless the quotation specifies another period. Confirmed orders keep their agreed prices.
Full-box quantities apply: Small 50, Medium 40, Large 30 and Extra Large 20 pcs per box; Single, Double, Triple and Grande each contain 20. A requested hook quantity is rounded up to full boxes and shown for review.
Quantity discounts from 6 boxes. Different colours of one model are combined; different models are priced separately. The displayed saving is already included in the product subtotal.
Transport and any custom-logo charge are identified separately in the same offer. An unconfirmed amount is not free of charge. We confirm the complete price and tax treatment before the order is agreed. For non-EU destinations, applicable import taxes, duties and customs-service charges are identified or explained in the offer; they are not automatically included in a product price.
Standard products are invoiced when ready. Payment must be received before the goods are handed to the carrier. Personalised products require full payment before production begins, after the quotation and artwork have been approved. The agreed offer and invoice specify the payment method and due date. This website does not collect card or bank-payment details.
Colours and customer artwork
Check the model, RAL code, logo dimensions, placement and quantities in the proof before approving it. Screen colours, rendered product images and previews are illustrative; the agreed specification and colour reference determine the finish.
When supplying a logo or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use it and to let us reproduce it for your order. We use it to prepare and fulfil your order. Publication in our marketing requires a separate agreement. Artwork feasibility, any additional charge and final placement are agreed before order confirmation. Do not use a preview as a cutting file or a certified load specification.
Production and delivery
Production: 2 weeks. Delivery: 5–7 working days after production, or as agreed for your destination. Allow approximately 25 days from order confirmation to receipt. The same schedule applies to all quantities and customer-logo orders; final artwork is agreed when the order is confirmed.
Delivery is free from 10 full boxes to the countries listed in the delivery selector. Different models and colours count together. Other destinations are quoted separately. Import taxes, duties and customs-service charges are not included in this delivery benefit.
We quote transport to one agreed delivery address for the complete order. Mixed models keep their own packing quantities. We serve the countries listed in the delivery selector; other destinations are also available by enquiry, with transport calculated separately and included in the same offer.
Provide a complete address, postcode and reachable contact. A requested deadline becomes binding only when we agree it in writing. If an agreed delivery date is affected, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any revised costs caused by an address or order change are agreed before proceeding.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Before confirmation, you can revise your enquiry freely. After confirmation, we check production progress and agree any revised price, delivery date or cancellation arrangements in writing. Statutory consumer cancellation rights remain applicable where provided by law.
Returns and consumer withdrawal
For standard, unpersonalised products, contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return them. Include the order reference and products concerned so that we can provide return instructions. For business change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and in their original protective packaging. The buyer pays return transport unless the return concerns an incorrect or defective delivery or we agree otherwise.
Products made to your individual specification or clearly personalised, such as with your company logo, are not normally accepted for a change-of-mind return. This does not remove rights concerning defects or non-conformity.
Consumers: where the statutory distance-selling withdrawal right applies, notify us by a clear statement within 14 days after receiving the goods and send them back within 14 days after that notification. You do not have to give a reason. Original packaging is not a condition of the statutory right. You may be responsible for diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods. We refund the payment, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back. Individually specified or clearly personalised goods can be exempt from withdrawal, as permitted by law. Manufacturing a standard item after ordering does not itself remove this right.
A withdrawal email can state: “I withdraw from my order [reference], ordered on [date], received on [date]. My name and address are [details].” Send it to the seller contact above.
Delivery checks, defects and complaints
Check the delivery and tell us promptly about missing, incorrect or damaged products. Where possible, include photographs, the order reference and a description of the problem. Keep relevant packaging while a transport claim is being investigated. These practical steps do not shorten statutory claim periods.
We assess the issue and provide the remedy required by the contract and applicable law. EU consumers have at least a two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods, with longer protection where local law provides it. A commercial warranty, if separately agreed, does not replace statutory rights.
Use the hooks only for their agreed cable or hose application and within confirmed limits. They are not lifting or fall-protection equipment. A working-load rating or certification applies only if expressly provided for the selected product. We remain responsible for our contractual and legal obligations; nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable terms and disputes
Estonian law applies, subject to any mandatory protection in the consumer’s country of residence. This does not restrict a consumer’s right to use the courts or dispute-resolution bodies available under applicable law. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint. Eligible consumers may also contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority for information on the Consumer Disputes Committee.
If a translation of these terms differs from the English version, the English version is binding.
